- Pensioners: Those who receive a pension of ₹10,000 or more per month, except for MTS, Class IV, and Group D employees, are not eligible.
- Income Taxpayers: Individuals who paid income tax in the last assessment year are not eligible for the scheme.
- Professionals: Registered professionals such as doctors, engineers, lawyers, chartered accountants, and architects who are actively practicing are also exclude from the benefits of the PM-KISAN scheme.
